Dr Mark Hamlin is a radiologist and medical director of Imaging Central and a director and consultant for PainSense. Dr Hamlin was awarded the MGF Donnan Prize in 2006 by the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). The award is the highest accolade for examinations in Pathology during the fifth year of specialist training. He has also previously examined radiology exam candidates in the subject of Pathology since he graduated with distinction in this area of medicine. Pathology is the study of diseases and is paramount in the field of diagnostic and interventional radiology. Dr Hamlin underwent his medical school and radiology training in Auckland, New Zealand. He relocated to Perth in 2008 to work in corporate radiology as an abdominal and interventional radiologist (Hollywood Private Hospital and St John of God Hospitals).
A / Prof Arun Abraham completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2006 before relocating to the University of Ottawa (Canada) where he completed a Fellowship in cardiac Imaging, and Clinical Investigator Fellowship of the University of Ottawa. He then did a Fellowship in Cardiac MRI at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda U.S.A. A / Prof Arun Abraham has completed fellowship training in Cardiac CT, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology including PET, and a Fellowship in Cardiac MRI from the National Institute of Health. A / Prof Arun Abraham is Level B certified in Cardiac CT in Australia and New Zealand and is certified as a trainer, and also holds American Board Certifications in cardiac CT, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. A / Prof Arun Abraham is a consultant cardiologist at Royal Perth Hospital with appointments in both cardiology and radiology, and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Western Australia.
Operations Manager / Director
Joel has been a Medical Imaging Technologist since 1996 and has worked at RPH , SCGH, SDH, Mount Hospital Cath Labs and also spent time providing a private pain management imaging service in the operating theatres around Perth. Joel has special interests in Cardiac CT and Pain management Imaging and procedures and a passion for maximising new technologies in both organisation and medical imaging.
